Latest reviews of Nevertales: Smoke and Mirrors - A Hidden Objects Storybook Adventure (Full) app for iPhone and iPad

!!!!
Great game, but cant get the card by the maze so I can receive the black axe. Playing on iPhone. Please FIX!!!!
Engaging!
Friends & Followers, One of the best hidden object/adventure games this reviewer has seen in a long time: Intriguing plot, beautiful scenery, nice background music, interesting characters, along with many twists & turns in the plot. And what a long playing time that can be extended to multiple days if one so decides to play the additional "two bonus chapters" as I like to call them. There is the option of visiting a casino, amoung other places, if one racks up enough casino chips/money and/or points after making a card house with all the hidden object cards that were collected throughout the principal story-Brilliant! Whilst there was no actual voice perpetuation by the characters themselves, and the storyline was disjointed at times, this game is well worth investing in, sale or no sale! Thank you for your continued following & support. ~ Kamen Rider
Outstanding game!
This series just gets better and better! Im really enjoying the continuing story line between games. Clever and unique! PLEASE give Gears his own little adventure!!
A wonderful blend of Lewis Carroll Magic
Played on an iPhone 6 Plus I’m a huge fan of Lewis Carroll’s works, “Alice in Wonderland” and “Through the Looking glass”. I also became a huge fan of Big Fish’s imaginative narratives through their “Dark Parables” collection. So i was totally ecstatic to give this a shot…and it did not disappoint. Just so you get an idea, I’m more of a casual player when it comes to big fish games…I enjoy the mini-games and hidden objects stuff…but all in all, it’s the experience, atmosphere, and narrative I enjoy most. This is the 3rd game in their “Nevertales” series. First off, I love how closely knit this game is with the other games. But back to this game…what I like is how they immerse you into their world. I enjoy the first person perspective and how they capitalize on it….you do feel like you are looking through the protagonists eyes…from swimming underwater with scuba gear and mask, to fighting knights with bows and shields…to even the transition between screens…it’s just really good. Another thing I like is their blending of both Carroll books…for those familiar with it, it’s an added joy to see how they used it…and the fact that they allude to other tales, too. Finally, I did enjoy the placement of the puzzles and hidden objects…it made sense, flowed with the plot well…and some of the ways they did the hidden objects was smart…I didn’t even realize I was doing a hidden object portion until I had thought about it more (such as the Alice’s mother giving you the battle plan). All in all, Big Fish has another winner with this one…And i love how they made use of the Queen of Hearts and the Red Queen from the Carroll books.
Journal doesnt work on iphone version
Ive seen 2 pages go into the in-game journal, but when you go into the journal, theres nothing there but a wooden base.
